HAND TORCHES

DACO “A” TORCH: Combination torch with #228 fishtail tips. Good for tubulation, tipping, and splicing tubes up to 13mm. DACO “B” TORCH: Large hand torch with #81 fishtail tips. Good for splicing and sealing up to 25mm glass. DACO “C” TORCH: Tipping torch with #228F fishtail tips. DACO “D” TORCH: Tipping torch with #531 round tips. Tips on all torches are removable for easy replacement. VENTURI MIXERS: Mixers include specifically sized venturis and valves for best possible gas/air adjustment and flame control. Venturi mixers are sold separately for all torches, cross fires, and cannon fires.

 

CROSS FIRES AND CANNON FIRES

CROSS FIRES: 5, 6, and 7 Point models include the two heads, risers for height adjustment, and sliding base for adjusting the distance between the heads. One tip swivels out for tubulating. CANNON FIRES: The DA7 model produces a tight, straight line flame and the DA21 produces a larger, round flame. Both models include the two heads, risers for height adjustment, and sliding base for adjusting the distance between the heads. CENTER FIRE ATTACHMENT: This optional burner is a great addition to any Cross Fire or Cannon Fire as it adds a third flame source from below the glass for faster, more efficient heating. Includes the DA21 head, the mixer, and the swivel arm which allows the operator to swing the Center Fire away when not in use. Stands, venturi mixers, and center fire attachment are sold separately.

 

RIBBON FIRES

RIBBON FIRES: Available with 6, 16, and 24 inch heads. Complete Ribbon Fires include the economizer and bench flange or each component can be purchased separately. Ribbon fire stands are sold separately. AUTOMATIC RIBBON FIRE: The 16 inch Automatic Ribbon Fire is a stand-alone unit which has its own air supply. Simply connect the gas and plug in to 115 volt circuit. This fire automatically ignites when the foot switch is depressed, then shuts down when the switch is depressed a second time. Minimizes gas consumption and reduces heat buildup in your shop.

 

BLOWERS

Oil-less regenerative blowers provide consistent air flow and are extremely quiet when compared to other types of blowers. The blowers are available in 42CFM, 92CFM, and 150CFM models which can be wired for 115 or 230 volts. The 42CFM model will operate two complete sets of fires. The 92CFM will handle four sets and the 150CFM will operate up to seven stations. Regulators, mufflers, and inlet filters are available for all models.

 

AIR/GAS MANIFOLD
A completely assembled system providing air and gas to the ribbon fire, cross fire, and hand torch.  Consists of air and gas valves for the ribbon fire, venturi mixers for the cross fire and hand torch, all plumbing, and brackets for wall or bench mount.  Use with either natural gas or propane.  May be adapted to accept more than three fires.
